Crough Wood Wellness

At the foothills of the majestic Comeragh Mountains in County Waterford lies Crough Wood Wellness, a soulful sanctuary rooted in nature, healing, and heritage. This wellness offering has grown from the journey and passions of Claire O’Sullivan, whose deep connection to the land is matched only by her desire to protect and share its magic. A creative holistic therapist, Claire brings almost two decades of experience in yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and forest therapy.
Surrounding her home is Crough Wood, a rare native Irish woodland and a living ecosystem of ancient oak trees, abundant wildlife and cascading waterfalls. Trained in shamanic traditions, Claire embraces the spiritual responsibility of caring for this majestic woodland. In 2025, Crough Woods was awarded Best Community Woodland in Ireland at the RDS Irish Forest and Woodland Awards, a testament to the care and commitment of the community.
Spend time in the company of Claire O’Sullivan, absorb the atmosphere of the forest through meaningful experiences, disconnect from the stress and reconnect to the deep serenity found in the extraordinary beauty of this place.
